REFUND POLICY

At Royal Darjee, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality garments and tailoring services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy for Readymade Products

You may request a refund or exchange for readymade garments under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

A refund request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.

Process:

Contact us at royaldarjee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided.

Upon inspection, we will initiate with in 2-3 working days the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy for Custom Tailoring Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom garments, we do not offer refunds for custom tailoring orders, except in the following cases:

Eligible Cases:

The item received is significantly different from the order specifications.

The item is damaged during delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

Non-Eligible Cases:

Incorrect measurements or design details provided by the customer.

Minor variations in color or pattern due to screen/lighting differences.

Change of mind after order confirmation.

Resolution Options:

If eligible, we will offer:

A free alteration or remake.

A partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
